Manufacturing Instructions

1. Coarse mince frozen lean meat and fat through a 13 mm or 20 mm plate.
2. Evenly sprinkle contents of the spice pack over the minced meat and mix until uniformly distributed.
3. Add the ice water and mix until all free moisture is absorbed by the mince.
4. Mince the mixture again through a 5 mm plate.
5. Fill into specified casings.
   • Recommended casing diameter: 22 mm – 35 mm
6. Pack and refrigerate at +1°C to +4°C for sale.

5. Cover the pot and simmer for approximately 60 – 70 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Gradually add the remaining water during cooking.
7. Continue simmering until the meat is tender and the vegetables are fully cooked.
